Annette Marie Mullins passed away on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at her home in Marked Tree, AR. She was born on December 17, 1975, in Millington, TN to Yvonne Manness Smith. She is preceded in death by her grandparents Rufus and Vinetta Manness and J.W. and Winnie Felice. Annette is survived by her mother and step-father Billy and Yvonne Smith of Marked Tree, AR, two sons, Bryce and Jason Mullins of Marked Tree, AR, one sister April Bowman of LA, one nephew Chance Felice of LA, two nieces Alicia Parson and Brittany Abshire of LA, two great nieces and a host of other family and friends. Memorial service will be held Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 1:00p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Tyronza, Arkansas. Arrangements are under the care of Wilson Funeral Home in Tyronza, Arkansas.
