Mr. William (Wild Bill) Massengill, 72, of Jonesboro, Arkansas, passed away on May 25, 2025, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro.  He was born on March 29, 1953, in Somerville, Tennessee, to the late Mary Elizabeth Williams and Cecil Massengill.  "Wild Bill" loved sitting outside, watching wrestling and old western movies.  He loved drinking his sweet tea and eating chocolate cake.  He was preceded in death by his mother, father, and one brother, Raymond Massengill.  He is survived by the mother of his children, Annette Fisher of Blytheville, Arkansas, one daughter, Shirley Cannon (Huey Irvin) of Jonesboro, Arkansas, two sons, Brandon Massengill of Blytheville, Arkansas, and Matthew Massengill of Jonesboro, Arkansas, two granddaughters, Kyai (Tevin) Howard and Shania Cannon both of Jonesboro, Arkansas, one grandson, Grant (Meagan) Cannon of Jonesboro, Arkansas, one great grandson, T.J. Howard of Jonesboro, Arkansas, one sister, Debbie Johnson of Luxora, Arkansas, one niece, Jennifer Evans of Gosnell, Arkansas, and one very special friend, Ms. Donna Bryson.  A visitation will be held Wednesday, June 4, 2025, from 10 to 11:30 AM at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola, Arkansas, followed by a Graveside Service at Rivercrest Gardens in Marie, Arkansas, to begin at 12 PM.  Bro. Gary Andrews will be officiating.  Wilson Funeral Home of Osceola, Arkansas will be in charge of the service.
