William Mark Carroll passed away September 6, 2026 at St. Bernard’s Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro, AR at the age of 62.

He was born March 7, 1964 in Memphis, TN to Bobby Watts and Bertha Mae Carroll.

William was a Cotton Gin worker and of the Pentecostal faith.

He is preceded in death by his father; Bobby Watts, grandparents; John and Fannie Watts, Willie Earl and Mary Carroll, one sister; Florine Watts, four uncles; William Doug Carroll, Jimmy Dean Carroll, Troy Lee Carroll, James Willie Carroll, Gracie and Jessie Carnes, sister-in-law; Dina Watts, niece; Bridget Blagg, great nephews; Alex, Will, and Braxton Watts.  

William is survived by his mother; Bertha Watts of Whitten, AR, three brothers; Eugene Watts of Coldwater, AR, Willie Gene (Lisa) Watts of Dyess, AR, Bobby Watts Jr. of Tyronza, AR, three sisters; June (Chris) Darty of Florence, AL, Rose Watts of Marked Tree, AR JoAnn (TC) Cuble of Tyronza, AR and many other relatives and friends.

Visitation is Tuesday, September 8, 2026, 11-1 PM, Wilson Funeral Home in Tyronza.

Service is Tuesday, September 8, 2026, 1:00 PM, Wilson Funeral Home in Tyronza.

Interment is at Tyronza Cemetery in Tyronza, AR.
