Mrs. Tommie Lou Parnell, 82, of Osceola, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on May 23, 2025, at South Mississippi County Regional Medical Center in Osceola.  She was born on December 3, 1942, in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, to the late Tom Jones and Beatrice Buie Jones.  She was a devoted member of Faith Chapel Pentecostal Church of God in Osceola and a retired Real Estate owner.  She and her husband, Charles, owned and operated Parnell Real Estate from 1983 until 2003.  She continued working with her children, Charles Parnell, Jr. and Tonya Parnell  Arquitt until 2017.  She loved working with the public and helped many families find homes.  She was preceded in death by both her parents, her beloved husband, Charles Parnell Sr.; one brother, Sylvester Jones; and six sisters: Jean George, Jane Jones, Louise White, Wilma Raper, Patsy Beard, and Linda Hill.  Tommie is remembered by her children: two sons Charles (Kristy) Parnell Jr. of Keiser and Chris (Rebecca) Parnell of Luxora; one daughter Tonya (Tim) Arquitt of Lake City, two brothers, Jimmy Jones of Harrison and Eddie Jones of Lake City; four sisters:  her twin Betty Moore and Rose Jones both of Osceola, Velma Fortner of Paragould, and Thelma Jones of Lake City. Her legacy continues through eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren with one more expected.  A Visitation will be held on May 27, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 01:00 PM at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola with the funeral to immediately follow starting at 1:00 PM.  Bro. Tim Arquitt and Bro. Joe Kelso will officiate the ceremony. She will be laid to rest at Mississippi County Memorial Gardens in Osceola.
