Shirley Ann Vandergriff Smith, 79, of Paragould passed away May 31, 2022 at NEA Medical Center in Jonesboro.  She was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal Faith.  Mrs. Smith was born April 24, 1943 in Ripley, MS to William Henry and Winnie King Vandergriff.  She was preceded in death by her parents, one son Roy Kenneth Tice Jr., one daughter Denita Dawn Foreman, six brothers, three sisters and one grandson James Daniel Chase Elrod.  She is survived by her husband Daniel Smith of Paragould, one son Scott Foreman of New Braunfels, TX, three daughters Debbie (Douglas) Byrd of Osceola, Sharon (Jerry) Brewer of Searcy, Angie McMinn of Paragould, two step daughters Amy Crawford of Paragould, AR, Krystal Smith of MO, one sister Terry Martin of Thaxpon, MS, twelve grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.  Visitation will be Friday June 3, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM with the funeral to follow at 12:00 PM at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola with Linda Thomas officiating.  Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola, AR is in charge of arrangements.
