Shirley Lavone Harshman, age 83, of Osceola, AR, passed away surrounded by family at her home on June 7, 2024. She was born in O'Donnell Bend, AR, to Thomas "Pete" Groves and Orie McClain-Groves. Shirley was a beloved member of her community and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Shirley retired from Harshman Rentals,l which she and her husband, Ed, operated together for many years. She was a dedicated member of Keiser First Baptist Church.

Shirley loved singing, cooking, shopping, and spending time with her family. She cherished moments with her husband of 67 years, Ed Harshman, her daughter Pam Harshman (James Riddle) of Osceola, AR, her grandson Jason Harshman of Bassett, AR, and her great grandsons Logan and Jaggar Harshman, both of Osceola AR. She is also survived by extended family members Snow (Tamara) Wilson of Hardy, AR, and their daughters Rian and Reese Wilson.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas "Pete" and Orie Groves, and her brother Tommy Groves.

Funeral services for Shirley will be held at Keiser First Baptist Church in Keiser, AR. Visitation will take place on Sunday, June 9th, 2024, from 1:00 to 2:00 pm, followed by the funeral service officiated by Bro. Todd Vinson. Burial will follow at Ermen Lane Cemetery in Osceola, AR.
