Sherry Lynn Shepherd, 61, of Grenada, MS passed away at her home May 2, 2023. She was a homemaker of the Pentecostal faith. Ms. Shepherd was born December 30, 1961 in Hughes, AR to Doc and Myrtle Ball Broughman. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband James Shepherd, three brothers Larry Broughman, Little Doc Broughman and James Broughman, one sister Linda Kelly and one grandson Mitchell Shepherd, Jr. She is survived by her son Mitchell (Heather) Shepherd of Grenada, MS, two brothers Gary Broughman and Michael Broughman of Keiser, three sisters Barbara Linley of Keiser, Lisa Roberson of Coffeeville, MS and Debra Simmons of Arkansas, two grandchildren Emily Shepherd and Michael Shepherd. Visitation will be Saturday, May 6, 2023 from 12-2 with the funeral at 2PM at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola. Burial will be at Sandy Ridge Cemetery in Burdette with Bro. Gary Andrews officiating. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola, AR is in charge of arrangements.
