Salonika Perry, 47, of Blytheville, Arkansas, departed this life on Monday, October 12, 2026, at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
Salonika was born on September 22, 1979, in Chicago, Illinois, to her mother, Michelle White, and her father, Anthony Johnson.
Salonika was a loving daughter, wife, mother, aunt, and grandmother. She was known for her easygoing personality, caring heart, and willingness to look after others. She had a special way of showing love and kindness to those around her, always making time to care for the people she loved. Her warm spirit and loving nature touched many lives, and she will forever be remembered for the love she shared with her family and friends.
Salonika was a member of Bethlehem Temple in Blytheville, Arkansas, under the leadership of Bishop R. L. Jones. Her church family was a part of her life, and her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories her beloved husband Christopher Perry of eight years; her daughter, Ariel White; her two brothers, Anthony White and Mathew White; her two nieces, Aariyah Smith and Daydriuna White; her nephew, Josiah White; and a host of cousins, aunts, uncles, extended family members, and dear friends.
Salonika was preceded in death by her chosen mother, Marveleine Woodard; her loving father, Anthony Johnson; and her two sisters, Nicole White and Mary Lynn White.
Though Salonika’s earthly journey has ended, the love she gave, the kindness she showed, and the memories she created will live on forever. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her legacy of love and caring will remain in the hearts of her family and friends for generations to come.
Forever loved, forever missed, and never forgotten.
