Rosalind McClendon, 64, passed away June 25, 2026 in West Memphis, AR

She was born September 6, 1961 in Osceola, AR to Penson McClendon Sr. and Helen Yarbrough McClendon.

Rosalind was a high school graduate, retired school teacher, member of St, John Full Gospel as well as the Arkansas Education Association and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and her brother Penson McClendon Jr.

Rosalind is survived by four sisters; Laraine McClendon, June McClendon and Joyce Pearson of Osceola and Phyllis mcClendon of Blytheville, nephew, Dacus Brown of Jonesboro, niece, Shari McClendon of Osceola, great niece, Ailani Brown of Denver, CO, great nephew Princeton McClendon of Osceola and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation is July 3, 2026, 10:00 AM with the funeral following at 11:00 AM at the High School Auditorium in Osceola.

Interment is at Whiteside Cemetery in Osceola, AR.
