Robert Lee "Tot" Watkins passed away on Friday, January 16, 2026, at his home, at the age of 73. He was born on May 10, 1952, in Luxora, Arkansas to John Watkins Sr. and Alice Smith. He is preceded in death by his parents. Robert is survived by his wife Alice Watkins of Luxora, Arkansas, one daughter Lisa Hall of Mansfield, Texas, five brothers Clarence Smith of Luxora, Arkansas, Carl Hall of Luxora, Arkansas, Don Smith of Luxora, Arkansas, Johnny Hall of Jonesboro, Arkansas and Terry Watkins of Osceola, Arkansas, one sister Donna Newmy of Blytheville, Arkansas, two grandchildren, five great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and a host of other family and friends. Visitation will be held Friday, January 23, 2026, from 5:00p.m. to 7:00p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola, Arkansas. Funeral service will be held Saturday, January 31, 2026, at 10:00a.m. at Grace Temple in Osceola, Arkansas. Interment will follow at Whiteside Cemetery in Osceola, Arkansas. Arrangements are under the care of Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola, Arkansas.
