Robert Darnell McCoy, 60, of Blytheville, Arkansas, passed away on April 23, 2025. Born on June 21, 1964, in Turrell, Arkansas.

Robert was the beloved son of the late Ed McCoy and Ollie Mae McCoy. Throughout his life, he maintained strong bonds with his family. He is lovingly remembered by his four brothers: Curtis Gibson of Turrell, Arkansas; Michael (Shaundricka) Gates of Memphis, Tennessee; Curtis (Emory) Moore of Luxora, Arkansas; and Lonnie (Patricia) Moore of Hazelhurst, Georgia. His six sisters also cherish his memory: Jessie Johnson of Marion, Arkansas; Doris (Leonard) Lynch of West Memphis, Arkansas; Helen McCoy of Jonesboro, Arkansas; Brenda McCoy of Austin, Texas; Beverly McCullum of Fayetteville, North Carolina; and Carolyn Dyson of Marion, Arkansas.

Family and friends will gather to honor Robert's life on Saturday, May 3, 2025. A visitation will be held from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Wilson Funeral Home Blytheville, located at 1020 S. Division St., Blytheville, Arkansas 72315. The funeral service will follow immediately at the same location. Minister Cassius Moore will be officiating.Wilson Funeral Home is in charge of services.
