Raymond Anthony Walker was born on October 14, 1954, in Osceola, Arkansas to J.C. and Eddie Walker Finley.  Mr. Walker passed away on July 20, 2025, SMC Regional Medical Center in Osceola, Arkansas at the age of 70. He is preceded in death by his parents: J.C. and Eddie Walker Finley. He is survived by one son Orlando Finley of Blytheville, Arkansas, two brothers Gregory Anthony Finley of Memphis, Tennessee and Jeffery Craig Finley of Merrimack, New Hampshire and one sister Theresa Finley of Columbia, South Carolina.  There will not be any services at this time. Arrangements are under the care of Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola, Arkansas.
