Mildred Evelyn Orr, 76, of Byhalia, MS, formerly of Tomato, AR, passed away December 27, 2021 at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center in Paragould.  She was born December 4, 1945 in Tomato to Robert Everley and Mildred Waldrop Wagner.  Ms. Orr was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal Faith.  She was preceded in death by her parents, one son Martin Daniel Orr, two brothers Thomas Wagner and Everley Wagner, two sisters Emma Lou Hamm and Eve Wagner.  She is survived by three sons Rick Mitchell of Byhalia, MS, Ronald Orr of Chesapeake, VA, Tony (Melissa) Orr of Paragould, one daughter Vickie Terry of Mountain Home, three sisters Linda Cathey of Paragould, Dian Lucas and Mary Mosley both of Jonesboro, nineteen grandchildren and twenty-one great grandchildren.  Visitation services will be Friday, December 31, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM with the funeral to follow at 2:00 PM at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola, Arkansas.  Burial will be at Rivercrest Gardens in Marie, AR.  Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola, AR is in charge of arrangements.
