Ms. Mary Lorene Powell, 88, of Blytheville Arkansas passed away at her home on May 4, 2026. Ms. Powell was born on October 15, 1937, to Mr. Adel Scott and Mrs. Alberta Scott in Shelby, Mississippi. Ms. Mary Powell is preceded by her parents, husband Tommy Powell; one son, Howard; and seven siblings. She is survived by one son Cal; two sisters, Fannie Scott of Georgia and Elizabeth Atkinson of Mississippi; 14 Nephews and 10 Nieces; special friends Mary King and Elijah Williams both of Blytheville, Arkansas. Visitation will be at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel in Blytheville Arkansas on Saturday May 16, 2026, from 1-1:30pm with funeral following at 2:00pm. Burial will be at Memory Gardens. Rev. Homer O'Neal will be officiating services. Wilson Funeral Home is in charge of services.
