Leon Anthony Rand of Blytheville, AR was born August 30, 1982, in Memphis, TN to Tommy Burns and Cheri Rand. He was a clothes designer and was of the Christian Faith. Mr. Rand passed away on August 29, 2021, at his home in Blytheville, AR at the age of 38. He is survived by his father Tommy Burns of Marked Tree, AR, his mother Cheri Rand of Marked Tree, AR, his wife Rachel Walker Rand of Blytheville, AR, two sons Marley Rand and Mase Rand both of Blytheville, AR and two sisters Latonya Rand Clay and Myrtle Rand both of Marked Tree, AR. The visitation will be held Saturday, September 04, 2021, from 12:00 to 2:00 P.M. at New Mt. Olive M.B. Church in Blytheville, AR, with the funeral immediately following at 2:00 P.M., Pastor James Williams will be officiating. The burial will be held at Riverview cemetery in Marked Tree, AR.
