LaFonce Gale Latham II, known to everyone as Bubby, 52, of Osceola, passed away July 1, 2025 at his home. He got his G.E.D., had an Associates of Mortuary Science degree from Northwest Mississippi Community College in Senatobia, MS and a licensed Funeral Director. He was a fulltime embalmer for Wilson Funeral Homes, our jack of all trades maintenance man and the Cemetery Manager. He was truly loved by so many and returned the same love to his family and friends. Bubby was born September 2, 1972 in West Memphis to LaFonce Gale and Kathryn Joyce Phillips Latham. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Elmer and Pauline Latham and Ralph and Marine Phillips his baby son Lexxton Kennemore Latham. Bubby is survived by his parents LaFonce Latham of Burdette, Kathryn Singleton of Tumbling Shoals, his wife of 22 years Kristy Ellen Kennemore Latham of the home, his three children LaFonce Gale Latham III (Lath), Lani Ellen Latham and Lexxton Kennemore Latham II (Lexx) also of the home, two sisters Tonya (Jerry) Smith of Osceola and Misty (Steve) Hunt of Marion, his four legged best friend Bubba, many more loving relatives and friends. Visitation will be Saturday, July 5, 2025 from 12-9 PM at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola and the funeral Sunday, July 6, 2025 at 2 PM at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola. Burial will be at Memory Garden in Blytheville, with Bro. Gary Andrews officiating and Trae Raper doing the obituary and handling of the comments. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola, Arkansas is in charge of the services.
