Kevin Andrew Perkins passed away on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at his home in Joiner, Arkansas, at the age of 45. He was born on August 1, 1980, in Osceola, Arkansas to Gregory Dean and Sallie Ann Day Perkins. He is preceded in death by his father Gregory Dean Perkins. Kevin is survived by his mother Sallie Ann Perkins of Joiner, Arkansas, one brother Gregory Owen Perkins of Wilson, Arkansas, two sisters Terra Roseann Perkins of Wilson, Arkansas and Chassitie Deane Fleeman of Lepanto, Arkansas and a host of other family and friends.
