Kenny James Travis, Sr., 63, of Sioux City, Iowa, passed away October 21, 2022 at Mercy Medical in Sioux City. He was retired from factory work, a US Army veteran and a minister for the Church of God in Christ. Mr. Travis was born November 8, 1958 in Keiser, to Ethan Wallace and Betty Seals Travis. He was preceded in death by his father Ethan Wallace, his first wife Vickie Lynn Travis, two sisters Linda Travis and Andrea Travis. He is survived by his mother Betty Travis of Osceola, his wife Rosa Travis of Sioux City, Iowa, two sons Kenny Travis, Jr. and James Travis of Osceola, two daughters Nakitha Scott of Marion and Urica Travis of Jonesboro, two stepsons Raymond Teague and Rayvon Teague of Sioux City, Iowa two stepdaughters Betty Cross and Rosa Morris of Sioux Falls, SD, one brother Tony Travis of Osceola, one sister Bonita Travis of Osceola, thirteen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Visitation Saturday, October 29, 2022 from 12-2PM with the funeral at 2PM at Pleasant Grove MB Church in Osceola. Burial will be at Whiteside Cemetery in Osceola with Pastor James O. Mosley, Jr. officiating. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola, AR is in charge of arrangements.
