Johnny Lee Brown, 85, of Joiner passed away October 21, 2021 at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro.  He was a retired farmer.  Mr. Brown was born January 28, 1937 in Osceola to X.L. and Willie B. Brown.  He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Johnnie Mae Brown, one son Steve Mitchell, one daughter Faberlene Brown, two sisters Leola Brown and Viola Brown.  He is survived by two sons Christopher Lee Johnson of Joiner, Roger Buford of Osceola, one daughter Erica Gibson of Joiner, two brothers X.L. Brown Jr. of CA, James Brown of Osceola, two sisters Alberta Brown of Joiner, Rudy Brown of Joiner, six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.  Visitation will be Sunday October 31, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM with the funeral to follow at 2:00 PM at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola.  Burial will be at First Baptist Cemetery in Frenchmans Bayou, AR with Pastor Kenny Williams officiating.  Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola, AR is in charge of arrangements.
