James Leggins, 75, passed away April 1, 2025. He was born July 5, 1949 in Cleveland, MS. Mr. Leggins was preceded in death by his mother Estella Tibbs and his brother William Tibbs. He is survived by five brothers George Renzy of Sioux Falls, SD, Sylvester Person, David Person, Darrell Person and Ronnie Person of Sioux City, IA, four sisters Ora L. Renzy of Memphis, TN, Jurdean Renzy-Dunn of Louisville, KY, Mildred Renzy-Burns of Miami, FL and Jeanette Person-Amos (Jerome) of Saginaw, MI. A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 2 PM Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola. Burial is at Whiteside Cemetery in Osceola with Rev. Burton Furlow officiating. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola, AR is in charge of the cremation and memorial services.
