Irma Lee Green, 73, of Gosnell, Arkansas, passed away on February 26, 2024, at Arkansas Continued Care Hospital in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She was born on August 31, 1950, in Blytheville, Arkansas, to the late James "Jim" Davis and Amanda (Kincaid) Davis.
Irma was a dedicated employee who retired from Blueprinting at Milwaukee Tool in Blytheville, Arkansas. Her hard work and commitment left a lasting impact on those around her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Ruby Pauline Lloyd; her father, James "Jim" Davis; her mother, Amanda Davis; her brothers, Jimmy Davis and Cleman Davis; and her sisters, Carolyn Hamilton and Emma Lou Cook.
Irma is survived by her loving husband, Larry Green Jr.; her son, Larry Lavelle Green of Gosnell, Arkansas; her daughter, Melinda (Mark) Key of Gosnell, Arkansas; her brother, Willis Davis of Des Moines, Iowa; her sister, Shirley Boone of Des Moines, Iowa; nine grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.
The visitation and services will be held on Friday, March 1, 2024, at Wilson Funeral Home in Blytheville. Visitation will take place from 12:00-1:00 pm, followed by the funeral service at 1:00 pm. Brother Gary Andrews will be officiating the service. Irma will be laid to rest at Memorial Park Cemetery in Blytheville, Arkansas.
