Frazier Lee Willis, Jr., 57, of Osceola, passed away March 3, 2023 at UAMS in Little Rock. He was a City of Osceola employee for 25 years and a Jehovah Witness. Mr. Willis was born April 30, 1965 in Turrell to Frazier Lee Willis, Sr. and Ada Mae Lambert. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by three sons Frazier Dixon of Jonesboro, James Willis and Zaccheaus Willis of Blytheville, one daughter I'yah Willis of Blytheville, four brothers Tony (Mary) Lambert of Gosnell, Kevin Lambert, Tommy (Margaret) Lambert and Michael Lambert of Osceola, four sisters Barbara (Allen) Houston of Osceola, Latisha (Robert) Young of Blytheville, Shasha Lambert of Marion and Dawn Anderson of Chicago, IL and six grandchildren. There will be a memorial service Saturday, March 18, 2023 at 10AM at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola, AR is in charge of the services.
