Mr. Frank Lee Baily, 68, of Blytheville, Arkansas passed away on February 19, 2026, at Great River Medical Center. Mr. Bailey was born on August 24, 1957, in Turrell, Arkansas to Mr. O.D. Bailey and Mrs. Lillian "Riley" Bailey. Mr. Bailey was a member of the Army National Guard. He was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter Erica Bailey, two brothers Perry and Joe Lee Childs, sister Eleese Wilborn and grandson Kevondre Williams. Mr. Bailey is survived by his brothers O.D. Bailey Jr. and J.W. Watkins both of Blytheville, Arkansas. Visitation will be on Saturday March 7, 2026, from 2p.m-3p.m at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel in Blytheville, Arkansas
