Essie lee Smith was born to the late Ben and Elnora Russell Woodard on September 16, 1927, in Round Pond Arkansas. She was a factory worker. Mrs. Smith passed away on September 30, 2021, at her home in Cincinnati, OH. She married Dewitt Smith and to this union ten daughters and four sons. The visitation will be held October 9, 2021, at  from 9:00 to 10:00 A.M. at Saint Paul M.B. Church in Blytheville, AR with the funeral immediately following at 10:00 A.M.
