It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Donesha Dashae Whaley, who left us on January 10, 2025, at her home in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Born on January 22, 1994, Donesha lived a life full of love, laughter, and meaningful contributions to both family and community.

Donesha was born in Blytheville, AR to Winsley Henry III and Iesha Harvey. From a young age, she exhibited a curiosity and zest for life that would characterize her entire journey.

Donesha embarked on a career as a Certified Nursing Assistant at UAMS in Little Rock. Her colleagues will remember her as a brilliant, compassionate, and inspiring individual who always went above and beyond.

She is preceded in death by one brother: Rasheed Henry.

Donesha leaves behind her mother: Iesha Campbell (Shunton) of Blytheville, AR; her father: Winsley Henry III, of Blytheville, AR; six brothers: Brad Crawford of Blytheville, AR, Winsley Henry IV of Little Rock, AR, Jadarion Davis of Kennett, MO, Starlist Simmons Jr. of Blytheville, AR, Deondre Henry of Jonesboro, AR, and Wynique Henry of Killeen, TX; five sisters: Zakeyah Harvey of Blytheville, AR, Zaniya Fowler of Blytheville, AR, Diamond Henry of Blytheville, AR, Brianna Pittman of Kennett, MO, and Niia Shamoil of Dyersburg, TN; a very special friend: Kaneshia Martin; her God-daughter: Zyla Hughes of Little Rock, AR; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, family, and friends.

Donesha's legacy is one of love, dedication, and unwavering commitment to making the world a better place. She leaves behind a legacy that will continue to inspire all who knew her. Donesha's life was a testament to the power of kindness, resilience, and the enduring strength of the human spirit.

A celebration of Donesha's life will be held on at 2:00 pm on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at First Baptist Church in Blytheville, AR, where friends and family will gather to honor and remember her remarkable journey.

Donesha will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. She will forever be in our hearts.
