David Lewis Ainsworth Sr., age 69, died at St. Bernard's Medical Center in Jonesboro, AR, on Saturday, February 1, 2025. David was born on June 13, 1955, to the late Leonard and Thelma Ainsworth.  He was a life-long resident of Frenchman's Bayou.

In addition to his parents, David is preceded in death by one brother: Leonard Ainsworth Jr.; three sisters: Lisa Ainsworth, Barbara Watkins, and Lois Spencer; two granddaughters: Kaylee and Amy; and one nephew: Joseph.

David is survived by four sons: Chris Tucker of Forrest City, AR, David Ainsworth of Dierks, AR, Derek Ainsworth of Frenchman's Bayou, AR, and Branton Ainsworth of Fargo, ND; seven daughters: Sheryl Boyd of Lepanto, AR, Debbie Hanley of Mena, AR, Tabitha Hildebrandt of Oakes, ND, Tiffany Stallings of Oakes, ND, Darla Tucker of Bismark, ND, LaCole Ainsworth of Oakes, ND, and Shakeira Ainsworth of Dickinson, ND; two brothers: Freddie Ainsworth and Norval Ainsworth, both of Frenchman's Bayou, AR; three sisters: Cathy Ainsworth, Judy Tucker, and Nancy Ashley, all of Frenchman's Bayou, AR; twenty five grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

The family of David Ainsworth will receive visitors on Thursday, February 6, 2025, 11:00 am – 1:00 pm, Wilson Funeral Home, 1323 W. Keiser Ave., Osceola, AR. The funeral service to honor David will begin at 1:00 om with Bro. Keith Stokes officiating. David will then be laid to rest at Bassett Cemetery, Bassett, AR.  Wilson funeral home has been entrusted with the arrangements and services for David.
