Curtis Dean Harvey, 68, of Jonesboro passed away December 8, 2022 at his residence.  Mr. Harvey was a U.S. Army Veteran and of the Baptist Faith.  He was born June 18, 1954 in Osceola to J.W. Harvey and Annie Mae Simpson Dority. He was proceeded in death by his parents, three brothers Robert Lee Smith, Charles McBride, John Harvey, Nathan Huberins and his twin sister Shirley Huberins.  He is survived by one daughter Shauntae Harvey of Truman, two brothers James Dority of Seattle, WA, Hezekiah Smith of St. Louis, MO, three sisters Ethel Downer of Detriot, MI, Jerlene Chew of Gosnell, Earlene Smith of Jonesboro, one special niece Denise Williams of Jonesboro, five grandchildren, a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.  Visitation services will be Saturday December 17, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM with the funeral to follow at 11:00 AM at Gospel Temple in Luxora.  Burial will be at AR Veterans Cemetery in Birdeye, AR with Pastor Michael McKinney officiating. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola, AR is in charge of arrangements.
