Clarence Edward Chew, 77, of Osceola, passed away October 12, 2021 at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro.  He was a retired factory worker and of the Baptist faith.  Mr. Chew was born May 14, 1944 in Coldwater, MS to Willie and Evie Warner Chew.  He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Dorcus Chew, two brothers Percy Chew, Eugene Chew, and one sister Carol Hill.  He is survived by two daughters Tanya Daniels of Chicago, IL, Julia Tealer of Indianapolis, IN, three brothers David Chew of Luxora, Charles Chew of Luxora, Leon Chew of Blytheville, four sisters Lillie Staten of Blytheville, Odessa Anderson of Osceola, Gloria Johnson of Osceola, Clara Cannon of Luxora, seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.  Visitation will be Saturday October 23, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM with the funeral at 10:00 AM at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola.  Burial will be at Whiteside Cemetery in Osceola, AR with Rev. Moses Black officiating.  Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola, AR is in charge of arrangements.
