Bobby Wayne Bell, age 58 of Keiser, died at his home on Wednesday, February 5, 2025.  He was born on December 1, 1966, in Osceola, AR, to the late Lloyd and Mildred Bell. Bobby attended Osceola Church of God. Bobby's passion was building houses and remodeling homes. He loved spending time with his family, riding dirt bikes, going mudding, playing pool, and telling very long stories.

Bobby is survived by his wife: Tonya Bell of the home; four sons: Justin Blake Bell (Gerra) of Osceola, AR, Ryan Hunter Bell (Margarita) of Jonesboro, AR, Mark Anthony Bell (Rachel) of Keiser, AR, and David Thomas Bartlett ( Kayli Haaland) of Lincoln, MO; one daughter: Serina Elizabeth Bell (Cole Scott) of Keiser, AR; one brother: Ray (Barbara) Bell of Keiser, AR; two sisters: Carolyn Sellars of Osceola, AR, and Lore Pilgrim (Ricky) of Keiser, AR; twenty grandchildren: Brayden, Anna, Remy, Daxx, Knoxx, MiKayla, McKinley, Ryan Jr., Jacob, Emma, Aly, Xander, Niomi, Hayden, Khloie, Liberty, Bentley, Elouise, Olivia, Bryson; one great grandson: Mikel; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

The family will receive visitors at Wilson Funeral Home, 1323 W. Keiser Ave., Osceola, AR, on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, 6:00-8:00 pm.  A funeral service to mourn the loss and celebrate the life of Bobby will be held on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at 2:00 pm with Bro. James England officiating.  Bobby will then be laid to rest at Rivercrest Gardens in Marie, AR. Wilson Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
