Billy Ray Moore, Jr., 52, of Osceola, passed away December 20, 2023 at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro. He had a Bachelors in Manufacturing Engineering, he was a former Plant Engineer at Viskase, and a member of Faith Chapel in Osceola. Billy was born August 13, 1971 in Osceola to Billy and Betty Jones Moore. He is survived by his parents Billy and Betty Moore of Osceola, one son Nickolas Moore of Osceola, one daughter Bailee (Alec) Hinklin of Manila, three grandchildren Nevaeh Moore, Ainsley Hinklin, and Riley Moore, a host of other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be Saturday, December 23, 2023 from 12-2 PM with the funeral at 2 PM at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola. Burial will be at Mississippi County Memorial Gardens in Osceola. Wilson Funeral home in Osceola, AR is in charge of the arrangements.
