Billy Ray Collins, 73, of Harrisburg, passed away August 16, 2022 at his home. He was a retired Registered Nurse and of the Baptist faith. Mr. Collins was born March 29, 1949 in Tyronza to Herschel and Mildred Staten Collins, Sr. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother Herschel Collins, Jr., two sisters Jeri Robinson and Brenda Brewer and brother in law Andrew Brewer. He is survived by one brother Terry (Janet) Collins of Harrisburg, one sister Barbara Roark of Marked Tree, one brother in law David Robinson and sister in law Sharon Collins. Visitation will be Monday, August 22, 2022 from 12 - 1 PM with the funeral at 1 PM at Wilson Funeral Home in Tyronza, AR with Bro. Gary Andrews officiating. A cremation will follow. Wilson Funeral Home in Tyronza, AR is in charge of arrangements.
