Betty Jean McFarland, 83, of Osceola passed away October 15, 2021 at her residence.  She was a retired factory worker, a retired MS County E.O.C. and a member of Tabernacle M.B. Church in Osceola.  Ms. McFarland was born September 14, 1938 to Alex Young and Rosie Lee Smith England.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Alex McFarland Sr., two sons Curtis Carbin, Oscar Carbin, two brothers Eddie Thompson, Walter England and one sister Gloria Greenlow.  She is survived by one son Alex (Rachelle) McFarland Jr. of Carrollton, TX, three daughters Yvette (Zachery) Ward Sr. of Jonesboro, Kimberly McFarland of Providence Village, TX, Keshia McFarland of Osceola, one sister Brenda Campbell of Osceola, twenty-one grandchildren, a host of great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.  Visitation will be Friday October 29, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola.  Funeral services will be Saturday October 30, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Bethlehem M.B. Church in Osceola.  Burial will be at Whiteside Cemetery in Osceola, AR with Rev. Moses Black officiating.  Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola, AR is in charge of arrangements.
