Betty Jean Johnson, 54, of Luxora, AR passed away July 23, 2023 at NEA Baptist Hospital. She was born April 2, 1969 in Osceola to John Albert Childs and Willie Johnson Sanders. Betty was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her father John Childs and her daughter Alicia Alexander. She is survived by her mother Willie Sanders of Luxora, AR, one son Robert Alexander, Jr. of Wichita, KS, one God daughter Nicole Sutton of Memphis, TN, three brothers John Childs of Wichita, KS, Taylor Sanders and Maurice Coleman of Luxora, AR, two sisters Ollie Childs of Blytheville, AR and Carla Childs of Burlington, IA and seven grandchildren. Visitation will be Saturday, August 5, 2023 from 9-10AM with the funeral at 10AM at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola. Burial will be at Sandy Ridge Cemetery in Burdette, AR with Rev. Greg Baker officiating. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola, AR will be in charge of the arrangements.
