Betty Jean Hice passed away on Thursday, July 24, 2025, at her home in Luxora, Arkansas at the age of 62.  She was born on July 26, 1962, in Keiser, Arkansas to Earnest and Rose Davis Elrod.  She is preceded in death by her father Earnest Elrod, one brother Jerry Elrod and one sister Susan Kimery. Betty is survived by her mother Rose Elrod of Mayflower, Arkansas, her husband Bobby Hice Jr. of Luxora, Arkansas, two sons Jimmy Hice Sr. (Ashton) of Burdette, Arkansas and Jackie Hice (April) of Luxora, Arkansas, one daughter Jamie Hice of Luxora, Arkansas, one brother Charles Elrod of Osceola, Arkansas, two sisters Norma Jane Truelove (Johnny) of Lepanto, Arkansas and Judy Jennings of Tennessee and four grandchildren. Visitation will be held Monday, July 28, 2025, 11:00a.m. until service time at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola, Arkansas. Funeral service will be held Monday, July 28, 2025, at 1:00p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola, Arkansas. Interment will follow at Garden Point Cemetery in Etowah, Arkansas.  Arrangements are under the care of Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola, Arkansas.
