Alma Jean Kern, 61, of Luxora, passed away March 13, 2025 at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. She was a homemaker and a member of Zion Chapel MB Church in Luxora. Ms. Kern was born January 26, 1964 in Osceola to Shane Smith and Bonnie Jean Williams Clark. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers Robert Smith and Michael Smith. She is survived by three sons Aaron Lamont (Tara) Smith, Deandrew Jarod Johnson and Lorenzo Thomas of Luxora, two brothers Marcus Clark of Luxora and Eric Smith of Rogers, two sisters Pamela Cross of Little Rock and Jackie Jackson of Frisco, TX, 16 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday, March 28, 2025 from 6-8 PM at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola. Funeral Services will be Saturday, March 29, 2025 at 2 PM at Pleasant Grove MB Church in Osceola. Burial will be at Sandy Ridge Cemetery in Burdette with Rev. Carl Barfield officiating. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola, AR will be in charge of services.
